Steven Levitt

Dr. Steven Levitt is a renowned economist at the University of Chicago and co-author of the best-selling series Freakonomics. Over years of teaching, he observed a troubling trend: his students' focus on grades and advancement often came at the expense of their curiosity and intrinsic motivation to learn. This concern became personal as he watched the traditional education system stifle the natural love of learning in his four, now grown children.

Determined to reimagine what education could be, Levitt founded TLL with a bold vision: learning can and should be joyous. Leveraging today's cutting-edge resources and technology, TLL aims to foster a learning environment that ignites young people’s passion and builds their spirit, rather than diminishing it.
